...is something we hear regularly in our small Kittery shop. We are so thrilled that we can provide a memorable meal for our customers; how does it all happen?  

 

To start, it's hard to go wrong with any option from our extensive menu, our daily made-from-scratch soups, or any option from our extended menu (available in store only).  

 

If you opt for any variation on our famous roast beef, from classic to creative, you can watch as the perfectly cooked beef is pulled from the oven and hand carved to order. It's then piled high on a warm, lightly toasted, herb buttered roll and served immediately for you to enjoy.

 

Or choose a distinctly different turkey or pork option, with flavorful additions like caramelized balsamic onions and avocado or fresh horseradish, if you're feeling brave.  

 

Or maybe you'd prefer to try our award-winning lobster roll that we offer in the summer, or lighter fare such as  a salad, wrap or homemade soup;
